AXE Uses Emojis To Reach Gen-Yers About Texting And Driving

by Tyler Gildin

Texting and driving is a serious offense. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 21 percent of all drivers 15-19 years old who have been involved in fatal crashes were distracted by the use of cell phones.

The smart marketers over at AXE came up with a great way to reach Millennials about the significance of  preventing texting and driving; using Emojis. What better way to reach the ADD generation, that doesn't take their eyes and ears off of their phones and computers, than with little symbols we all use on a daily basis.
